Katrina Hazlett is a Family Nurse Practitioner that is committed to preventive care to keep her patients healthy and identify potential problems early. She believes in open dialogue with her patients to understand what is important to their short and long- term health goals and works with them to build on healthy lifestyle habits. She also recognizes the impact that mental health can have on overall well-being and believes this is an essential part of healthcare.
Katrina is a graduate of Duquesne University’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program, and is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a Certified Emergency Nurse, Trauma Certified Registered Nurse, and Public Health Nurse. She holds a nursing degree from Western Governors University, as well as a degree in English literature from California Lutheran University.
In her spare time, Katrina enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing, traveling to new places, and the theatre.
