Piotr Poczwardowski, PA-C, M.M.S.
Doctor of Nurse Practice
Piotr was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. He went to Midwestern University and received his M.M.S in Physician Assistant Studies. He attended Undergrad school and received his bachelor’s in psychology with a concentration in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Denver. Piotr is Board Certified for the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He has lived in Colorado for close to 15 years, but has also lived in Arizona, California, Florida, and New York. Piotr is a 1st-generation American, his parents are Polish immigrants. He speaks
fluent Polish & un po di Italiano (a bit of Italian) after studying abroad in Turin, Italy. Piotr loves traveling and learning new cultures he has visited 16 foreign countries, including Peru & most recently Japan! Beyond travel, he likes to spend his free time reading, hiking, watching movies, gaming, and spending time with friends and family.
Piotr has a strong desire to heal people & help them thrive. He likes to help others better understand and more easily navigate any serious medical conditions affecting themselves or family. He has special interest in Neurology & migraines, stemming from Neuroscience background & everlasting fascination with the human brain & consciousness. Piotr also has 13 months of Outpatient Neurology experience.
Piotr utilizes a more holistic approach to patient care; he focuses on the whole patient and on improving overall well-being. He will advocate for shared medical decision-making. He is very detail-oriented, devoted to providing each patient with the time, attention, & care they deserve. As part of a larger team, He strives to incorporate the best aspects of mentors’ clinical approaches into my own.
