The Personalized Care Program is a membership based approach to optimize your health and wellbeing. Dr. Linares and Dr. Marshall will work with you to create a customized wellness plan tailored to your healthcare needs. Early in the process an extensive physical examination and lab panel will be conducted. From there, a follow-up with your physician will be scheduled to go over all results in detail. During this follow-up, areas of focus pertaining to your health will be identified, leading to the creation of your own personalized health care plan. Together, you and your physician will decide on implementation strategies and any questions that you have along the way will be addressed in real time.

Dr. Chris Linares has been practicing in Denver for 26 years as a Board-Certified Family Physician. She started Lone Tree Family Practice in 2003 and has enjoyed watching it grow into a well-respected medical home with 12 providers caring for thousands of patients and their families.

Chandra MarshallChandra Marshall, DO
Chandra Marshall, DO, is a Board-Certified Family Physician who provides comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, with an emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships. Her practice reflects the breadth of family medicine — caring for individuals and often multiple family generations.
