Primary Care Physician
Dr. Cedars practiced in Denver for thirty years prior to opening Lone Tree Family Practice with Dr. Linares in 2003. He graduated from University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and completed two years of surgical residency prior to going into family medicine. He enjoys surgical procedures including vasectomies, skin lesion removals, biopsies and orthopedic procedures.
Dr. Cedars has also been board certified in family medicine. He is a past president of the Clear Creek Valley Medical Society. He is also a past Delegate of the Colorado Medical Society and a member of the AMA and AAFP. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians and represents the CAFP on a committee on Patient Centered Medical Home. In addition to seeing patients, his duties include management of the Lone Tree Family Practice office.
He is married, has five grown children and seven grandchildren. His hobbies include flying, scuba diving and traveling with his family.
